Vecoton is highly experienced in designing and customizing Mobile data terminal, Rugged tablet pc，digital signage players, medical tablet etc specified by the customer’s need, with more than 15 years experience and the constant effort of outstanding R&D team and reliable employees etc, we already have our in-house engineers including Hardware engineers, soft engineers and Mechanical engineers etc.
And our solution has extended to Intel, MTK, NXP i.MX (Freescale), Rockchip, Qualcomm series etc with smooth OS like Windows, Andorid, Linux etc.

At the moment, we offer technical support to our worldwide customers including BSP support, ODM amd EMS service, therefore, we welcome the orders based off-the-shelf products or new ODM customer. which means not only for mechanical changes but also for hardware, software and the I/O port and cable etc are available to customize to meet your best needs.

Normally we provide one year warranty, warranty for reference below (Note: That failed due to misuse, accident, improper installation or unauthorized repair shall be treated as out of warranty and customers shall be billed for repair and shipping charges.)

In order to ensure the long-term, stable and reliable operation of customer’s products, Vecoton treasures every opportunity of sample testing, prototype, pilot production and mass production.

At the same time, we ensure that 100% of various products undergo their standard tests as a minimum requirement to meet customer’s applications from Raw material inspection to Final product inspection. Furthermore, most of our complete devices carry CE, FCC, E-mark even GMS and other certifications, and the battery got UN38.3，MSDS and IEC62133 certificated.
