Introduction
The PM2419 Self-Service Kiosk is a compact yet high-performance interactive terminal powered by the RK3576 octa-core processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage and Android 14 operating system. Featuring a 23.8-inch 10-point capacitive touch display with Full HD 1920×1080 resolution, 98% sRGB color gamut and 3000:1 contrast ratio, it delivers vivid, true-to-life visuals for customer-facing operations. This kiosk supports customizable add-ons, including an optional 8MP camera, MSR magnetic stripe reader, 1D/2D barcode scanning head and NFC reader. Built with Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and Gigabit Ethernet, plus abundant connectivity ports, dual speakers and four noise-canceling microphones, it fits seamlessly for retail self-checkout, restaurant ordering, hotel check-in, hospital registration and office visitor management. CE/FCC certified and engineered to run steadily at 0°C to 40°C, the PM2419 streamlines customer workflows and cuts down on manual labor across commercial environments.
The 23.8-inch 1080P capacitive touch panel boasts a 98% sRGB wide color gamut and 3000:1 high contrast ratio. With 10-point precise touch control and 400 nits brightness, it ensures sharp, lifelike visuals and responsive touch input for menu browsing, form filling and information lookup.
Tailor the kiosk to match your business needs with optional modules: 8MP camera, MSR magnetic stripe reader, 1D/2D scanning head and NFC reader. These Type-C/USB-connected peripherals support identity capture, card swiping, barcode scanning and contactless payment.
Equipped with RK3576 octa-core chip, 6TOPS NPU, 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, the PM2419 runs Android 14 smoothly. It handles multi-tasking, quick app startup and responsive touch interactions reliably even in high-foot-traffic self-service locations.
Standard four microphones with noise reduction and echo cancellation paired with dual 4Ω/5W speakers deliver crisp audio. It works great for voice prompts, on-screen guidance and remote video verification in lobbies, clinics and retail spaces.
Comes with Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and Gigabit Ethernet for stable high-speed network access. It also includes RS232, HDMI 2.0, multiple USB ports, Type-C and RJ12 cash box port, supporting electronic scales, cash drawers, password keypads and other external accessories.
We configure the specs according to customer needs. whatever it's adding optional modules or apk installation, debug, system modification or production with printed brand on front PPC, or logo on start up, we can even evaluate hardware modifications when there is good project quantity.
