The SM1982 Wall-Mounted Articulating Arm is a heavy-duty, long-reach adjustable mounting solution purpose-engineered for larger medical displays, smart bedside terminals, hospital whiteboards and high-weight point-of-care equipment across busy hospitals, clinics and specialized patient-care facilities. Built with high-strength aluminum alloy for spring and extension arms, a rugged iron wall dock base, and anti-microbial ABS plastic outer covers finished in clean medical-grade white, this articulating arm stands out within the mounting hardware lineup thanks to its extended 1982-mm maximum arm length and broad dual-range weight capacity. Adopting a reliable mechanical spring lifting structure, it delivers smooth, hands-on angular positioning, fully internal concealed cable routing, and exceptional service life rated for up to 200,200 lifting cycles. Beyond its standard wall-mount configuration, an optional ceiling-mount base is available, giving system integrators greater flexibility to adapt to varied patient room dimensions, exam suite layouts, and clinical workstation space constraints for seamless real-world deployment.
Boasts 1982-mm maximum arm length and 850-mm lifting range, paired with 540° horizontal rotation, +18° upward and -45° downward pitch angle. It positions large displays far from mounting points, delivering flexible ergonomic viewing for patients and clinical staff across spacious hospital rooms.
Spring and extension arms use lightweight high-strength aluminum alloy. Anti-microbial white ABS plastic covers resist germ buildup, supporting routine wipe-down sanitization required for wards, treatment rooms and healthcare workspaces.
Mechanical spring structure supports dual payload ranges of 1-8-kg and 6-14.5-kg. It securely holds heavier medical monitors and bedside terminals, maintaining stable positioning even after frequent repositioning in high-usage clinical environments.
All cables run internally through the support arm with no exposed wiring harnesses. Inner anti-scratch silicone shields cables against wear, eliminating trip hazards and keeping clinical work areas neat and professional-looking.
Engineered for 200,200 lifting cycles. Rotation joints are fitted with anti-collision silicone buffers to absorb shock from repeated daily adjustments, reducing wear-and-tear and lowering long-term maintenance and replacement expenses.
Standard wall-mount installation with optional ceiling-mount base to fit different room layouts. Compatible with standard 75*75-mm and 100*100-mm VESA patterns, offering seamless integration with hospital whiteboards, smart bedside terminals and patient-engagement displays.
